Wheels Up, the membership-based private aviation company, has refiled its lawsuit against FlyExclusive in New York state court.
In the lawsuit, Wheels Up alleges that FlyExclusive engaged in false and misleading advertising by claiming to be a Wheels Up “authorized reseller.”
Wheels Up also alleges that FlyExclusive engaged in unfair competition by offering discounts on Wheels Up memberships.
The lawsuit seeks an injunction prohibiting FlyExclusive from using the Wheels Up name or logo, and damages for false advertising and unfair competition.
